Hi Guys,

Farly new to Power apps and looking for some help/asistance.

I am creating a simple app that shows calls in different areas, and want to filter the list by area.

EG. I have several employees in an excel table showing employee name and areas they cover:

NAME                                        AREA A     AREA B     AREA C
Joe Blogs                                   Region1    Region3   Region4
Fred Johnson                             Region1    Region2   Region5
Sam Smith                                 Region2    Region3   Region4

I want to filter the NAME by the user logged in (have this sorted) and show the areas they cover in a drop down box: So 'Joe Bloggs' would have options Region1,Region3,Region4 in the drop down. but would change the options for different users logged in.

Hope this makes sense? Is this possible?

Thanks

    You have made this difficult for yourself with your data structure, but this should work in the Items of a Combo Box
    With(
       {
          _Data:
          LookUp(
             YourDataSource,
             NAME = User().FullName
          )
       },
       Table(
          {Value: _Data.'AREA A'},
          {Value: _Data.'AREA B'},
          {Value: _Data.'AREA C'}
       )
    )
