Hi all,
We are making a virtual agent with a custom entity. We want to add items to this custom entity based on the user's response.
E.g. we have a custom entity which includes some hobbies. We want to add the hobby of the user if his/her hobby is not in the entity yet.
Is this possible by using e.g. Flow or API or something?
Thanks for you responses!
Kind regards,
Liza
Hi @Lvdk ,
Are you customizing your custom entity inside the PVA portal >> Entities?
Because if you are using the entities inside the PVA, you just can use fixed values (unfortunately).
If you are using the entity inside the Common Data Service, you can store the user response inside the entity using the Power Automate to do it. But, you cannot use the values from CDS inside the question to the user on PVA chatbot.
This is a great idea Liza! The scenario is absolutely valid.
Can you help to share this idea to the PVA ideas forum, and let others vote on it?
