Not sure if this is the right place for this - but does anyone know if you can have different sharepoint sites per entity? Looks like when I try and put a different site on a different entity it breaks any existing ones even though they are not selected when the new one is being created. Any intel helpful.  Thanks

@v-wenjuan-msft I think it's really a Dataverse question. The question is can different sites be mapped to different entitles, I looked in the sharePoint forum and there isn't even an option for Dataverse. I'm trying to do a sharepoint integration with my dataverse entities for model driven apps. I have 2 different Apps and I am trying to set them both up with sharepoint integrations to two different sites. Sorry if I was not clear above

    Hi @ctedesco3307,

You won't be able to do it using the out of the box folder creation method. A document location record is created automatically when the user navigates to the documents tab. You would need to create the document location record in the correct site using either:

    • a Power Automate Flow which will run asynchronously. Here is a guide.
    • or a develop a Custom Workflow Activity to run synchronously after the main record is created. Here is a guide.

If running asynchronously with a flow, until it runs and creates the document location, you may want to hide the documents tab in the form to prevent the user from navigating to it and triggering the out of box folder creation. You could use a JS web resource for this. Or alternatively, you could use a workflow to cancel the default creation mentioned here
