Inventory management - location and user management

Ive build an inventory app, but im stuck on the location and user management access. Example: We have three different locals, lets call this locations 1, 2 and 3 (sites with users), all of the users can access and view the inventory, but only the users that work on location 1 can edit items on location 1.

    HI @Anonymous ,

    You need a list of users and their allowed locations then set a Variable something like

    Set(
     gblLoc,
     LookUp(
     YourUserList,
     YourEmailField = User().Email
     ).UserLocationField
    )

    then add

    LocationField = gblLocation

    into any filter

    @WarrenBelz So, just for better understanding: i have this register screen, this screen already push the current user that are using the app:

    nickallan_0-1696605012273.png

    And then i have this screen to where i do the movements:

    nickallan_1-1696606990875.pngnickallan_2-1696607256527.png

      Example: I, nick.carvalho@ .com can view all of the itens and only make change on itens that are located on location 1, and then it goes: user2 can view all and make changes on location 2, user 3 can view all and make changes on location 3...

    There must be another list with user and location, right? ive just made a new one with Email and location column. Whats the next step?

    @Anonymous ,

    You need a separate list with User Email and Location.

    @Anonymous ,

    It is setting a Variable, so App OnStart will do the job

    @Anonymous ,

    I am not sure what you mean - assuming Contrato is the field you want in 'Controle de acesso' that indicates the user's location then (apart from your other filters) if the field name Contrato is the same in 'Banco Estoque' the filter you have posted should do the job you want.

    @WarrenBelz when a put the filter, its accusing that theres a error in the variable (gblLoc).
