HELP!!!! New starter but unable to access 'My hub'

Hopefully someone can advise.
 
I registered for the program and was happily working my way through the inital videos.  Today I've attempted to log in only to find my password didnt work so I did a reset and logged in.  I could see my hub but could get any of the videos to play now i'm being presentedwith a screen that says I dont have access to this resource.
