Unable to receive Response in PowerApps

Hello,

As of a few days ago i am no longer able to receive the Response from Power Automate in my apps. Here's an example:
Flow runs successfully:

But in the app, i am not getting the expected string:

I have several older apps where this works just fine, i am able to receive string, number, arrays, etc.
But for some reason, it does not work in any newly created apps or flows.

Any idea what might be causing this?

The Response is sent as a JSON object.  Did you add an appropriate JSON schema in the advanced settings?

On the basis that it works with older apps and not new ones, this could be a problem that's caused by the 'New Analysis Engine'.

On the app that doesn't work, can you check if this is enabled in the settings? If so, can you disable it, re-open the app, and see if it makes a difference?

Yes, all of the settings in my new apps are identical to the ones in the older apps, but i need to clarify something - it looks like it's not when the app was created, rather, when the flow was added to the app that's of significance here. See the example below - same app, two identical flows, different results. That second flow is a copy of the first one (i.e. Save as / Rename). The result in Power Automate is identical, i.e. an array of 3 columns and 2 rows. But only the first one shows correctly in the app. Why is that?!?!

(edit) to elaborate on the "when the flow was added the the app" piece - my flow 1 (getPrevOrdSKUs) was added to this app (app1) in October '24 and it has worked OK since. If i now add it to a different app (appX), whether an old one or a newly created one, it does not work in appX (i.e. it behaves like my flow 2 - getPrevOrdSKUs2), but it continues to work OK in app1. Also, if i were to remove flow 1 from app1 and add it back in - it would stop working - i tested it on 2 very similar flows i had in this app since Oct '24 which functionality is now lost.
