want to create a chat bot using Power Virtual Agent. I want to ask if there is any way to populate multiple choice can i do that ?

If you are not customizing your bot, it's not available yet.
You can vote here: Allow Multi-select of Entity Options - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
But if you have some knowledge about development, you can do it using Bot Framework Composer: Use Bot Framework Composer with chatbots - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

But can I use power virtual agents with Bot Framework Composer inside Teams
Please, take a look at this note: Bot Framework Composer integration is not available to users who only have the Teams Power Virtual Agents license. You must have a trial or full Power Virtual Agents license.
