Issue with CSS: Addition of div container automatically even when I delete it!

Hi all,

I want to bring to community's and MS attention one possible issue (maybe bug?) that I found in Power Pages.

whenever I am trying to modify code in visual studio code and save it, it keeps adding the following div container which refers to a section when I save or refresh automatically (code below). Does anyone know how to get rid of that? What I wanted is essentially Power BI Embedded in my webpage in full screen so in the end I added a custom template to do that but would like to know if it can be done, thanks!

Also, it would be comfortable to modify Power BI's parameters from the Design Studio in a point and click manner
