Why cannot upload file success with the status error in Generative AI

when I use the flow to upload file to the bot's table chatbot subcomponent. In the bot's Generative AI , the status was  Indexing in progress at first ,and then error.

like this :

In the chatbot subcomponent ,I can see the file :

Does anyone know why that is?
