I want to open a custom page when click on unresolved email in CRM and want to disable the default behaviour of click action on unresolved email.

Hi @DianaBirkelbach ,Thanks for the sharing information,I need more details on it as the Scenario is : - as you know If there is any unresolved email it show in red color on click them add new record option pop up, I wand my custom page to pop up instead the showing it's default behaviour that is create new record.
Instead of Right side pop up need to open custom page.
Maybe we can clarify first, where is the starting point.
