Saving image to on premise SQL database.

I have some images stored in SQL server. I saw the option to save the images in base64 and that works well to retrieve the images. What can I do to encode base64 a captured image? to be able to save it to on premise SQL Server. I could use an API call to make the encoding and then save the string, but I would like this to work offline too. What are my optioins in this case? any help would be appreciated.

Noticed that you posted this to PowerApps forum, may I know what is your exact purpose to convert base64 to image? Are there anything involve PowerApps?

I need to save and read the images to and from a SQL database. It looks like in binary format it is not working yet.

I also would love this feature. Preferably internal for offline, or a second preference for a Flow

Has anyone found a solution for this yet? I'm thinking there must be a flow that can process the image from Powerapps to SQL in base64 but I'm not sure.
