Publish to Microsoft Teams but not show the BOT after one hour

Hi team,

I had tried to publish to the Teams channel via "Show to everyone in my org". When I submit I go to the administrator page to approve the app, we have the notification "*** has been published. It may take a few hours before the status will be updated." I had to wait after 2 hours and go back to the administrator page, The application is shown in the list app like the image below:

BUT when I go to the team app to search app to add to teams to chat with the bot, I can't see the options build by org show. I try to search to find the bot but it can't find the bot

And I go back to the PVA page to check the status on the share on the team, But it not  shown any information

My question is, how long do I need to wait for the status of this to update on the PVA and on the team's app,

- on the team app to search the app to chat with the bot

- on PVA to get the status to not try to share it again because when I try it, it throws the error like the bot is exiting

Thanks,

Thinh Nguyen

    Hi @thinhnguyenhung,

    Might be caching of your Teams client. Have you tried the Teams web app in your browser to see if it is listed over there?

    If your app doesn't appear in the Built by your org section even though it's marked as Approved, your Teams app might be caching information.

    Try signing out and back in again (if you're using the desktop app) or refreshing your browser (if you're using the Teams web app).

    @Expiscornovus I published a app package using the Graph API, it successfully returned the id, external etc. after the POST API Call, but when I run a GET to see the apps in my catalog, it is not listed there.

    Endpoint I am using -> https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/appCatalogs/teamsApps
