Sharing an app without entering individual email addresses

Hi All,

I want to build a simple data collection form and email the results (which I can do).

The app will not have any backend data associated with it, data collection from the app only.

The problem is....

When publishing the app I would like to share that form with internal members of the company but am unable to without having to add individual email addresses each time.

Can this be done?

I have tried before and user received a message which said:

For mobile application: Action Not Allowed, this data is protected by your organization

For desktop application: Request Access, lets get you permission to use this app

HI @burliad , I hope I understood your requirement. If you want to share the app to all user in your company then instead of sharing one by one to users, you can share the app to Everyone group which by default available.

Or if you want to share the app to few users then you can create Azure AD security group and share the app.

Hi,

When I share my power app with the security group, no one within the group receives the email invitation you can send. When I share individually this email goes out. Would you know any work around for this?
