Having a Dataverse Table, I try to export it to Excel using Power Automate. In my Power App I like to press a button as a trigger for my Power Automate Flow. I went to Power Automate and used "Immediate Cloud Flow" ("Sofortiger Cloud-Flow). On the next Screen I selected "PowerApps" as a trigger ("Auslöser") and said create ("Erstellen"). Then I selected "New Step" ("Neuer Schritt"). Then "Download File or Picture" ("Datei oder Bild herunterladen"). On the next Screen I entered my Table name. But here I've also been asked for a GUID ("Zeilen-ID") which I don't know what it means. Can anybody help me?
@4Him
To download the table from Dataverse to Excel what you need to do is to List Rows in Table and select the table name, and then use the Create CSV file action and pass the outputs from List Rows Present in a table.
To download the table I need to list rows in table?? Could you explain me this?
Can you please check the below topic that explains how to do the same:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Export-Dataverse-to-Excel/m-p/856841
Here my flow
"Anstellungsgrade" is my table, but Power Apps says it's type "String"
Before the createcsv add list rows in a table from the dataverse connector.
I assume "List Rows" is in German "Listenzeichen":
There I could specify my rows I want to download. But regarding to create the CSV Table, what ist meant with "From" ("Von")? My original Table "Anstellungsgrade" is rejected. What else shall I specify here?
Can anybody tell me, what I have to specify on "From"? Or is something wrong with the approach?
Is there no way to AUTOMATICALLY export a dataverse db (by pressing a button or time driven)?
I checked
But this leads just to the point where I got stuck: Create the .csv file. I can't do it because it wants an input ("From", in German "Von" as I've shown in the screenshot above. This is actually surprising to me since I made this "ListRows". Shoudn't it take the input from there?
