I have a canvas app connecting to SharePoint lists on a single SharePoint Team site.
I have added guest users to Azure AD and made them members of the Team site and provided each of them with a PowerApps and Logic Flows license. Everything works. They can open the app in Teams or in a browser and edit the list data as desired.
However, seemingly at random, individual guests are being blocked with the message, "You need a current plan or trial to use PowerApps" and offer a button to "Start a trial".
From everything I've read I should be able to add guests to Azure AD, give them guest access to a Team, provide them with a standard PowerApps and Logic Flows license and there should be no issues. They have a license for PowerApps which should permit them to work with embedded canvas apps which only have connectors to lists on the Team site to which they have permission. The proof that this is OK is that everything works fine until, seemingly at random, a user is blocked.
I have been deleting and recreating their accounts to overcome this temporarily, but I really need a permanent fix.
Or have I misunderstood everything I've read?
