Can user with "Office 365 with PowerApps" plan create and share model driven apps?

Hello,

As of now, I was under impression that, user with O365 with PowerApps license can not create/work with model driven apps, however I suspect on the followings:

 

  1. Can user with O365 with PowerApps license, create/share model driven app?
  2. Can user with O365 with PowerApps license, create canvas app with CDS entity and share with other user?
  3. Can user with O365 with PowerApps license, read/write CDS entity if that user has read/write permission on CDS entity?

 

Can you please answer on above questions?

    1. Nope, they need a Power Apps per user, per app licenses or Dynamics 365 type of licenses
    2. Nope, they can only run canvas app and can't access CDS connector since it is a premium connector
    3. Nope, same reason as #2
