Hi all,

I have an issue where some users experience missing records in gallery screen specifically for "Pending" status.
FYI, I have 3 status where the default is "Pending". The rest are "Checked" and "Rejected".
Refer below screenshot for more details:

Example : USER 1
The code:

Gallery Screen: (this gallery is filtered based on OE/ME email and the default should display all status records, but here we can only see records with "Checked" status. The submission is succeed and I can see it in my sharepoint list, but it is not appear in the screen)

Example : USER 2
The code:

Gallery Screen: (this gallery is filtered based on OE/ME email and the default should display all status records. This filter works fine with this user, and she can view all records with different status.) *specifically Pending status

I'm stuck with this issue right now. I'm not sure what cause the problem since the app works well previously. I've tried to submit a new request under my name, then I experienced the same issue where my gallery is blank. It should appear in my screen since it is a new request and the status is still Pending.

I would appreciate if any one could help me and give some advice to fix it since this request is quite urgent.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you @ran_dale for your assistance! Yes, I am now able to see the missing records in my gallery screen and the issue is now resolved. For those who encounter the same issue, i would suggest to use "=" instead of "in" since it will cause you trouble in the future when it involves large data.

    Hi @Nbz78

Could be a delegation (limit) problem.
The operator "in" is not fully delegable in SharePoint.
