Hi,

I need to save multiple values in a field of a record and then count how many values are in there.

How can I do it in DataVerse?

Lookup column doesn't admit multiple values.

Thanks

    Have you considered multichoice field of you don't have multiple values?

    The other alternative is using a new table with.  1:N relationship where you can relate multiple records to your parent record and then you can use a roll-up fields to count number of related records.

    @Thanks @Mira_Ghaly  for reply,

    I'm using the Relate function with a N:N relationship to relate my "Partecipants" to my "Course". I need to count related records and show the number of "Partecipants" in the "Course" gallery: how can I roll-up the number of related "Partecipants"?

    Thanks

    Please check the below article on how to create roll-up columns.

    Thanks @Mira_Ghaly ,

    I'm trying to use your solution but I can't roll up the number of related record.

    I have the table "Course" and a lookUp field "Partecipants": I created a new column as Whole Number and gave it the roll up.

    In Powerapps I relate a Partecipant to Course but the count doesn't work

    I found a solution:

    in the Course gallery I created a label and on the record Text property used "CountRows(ThisItem.PartecipantLookUpTable)"
