Hello All,

I have a PowerApp which needs to be shared to all the users in my organization without using user security group (AAD). Is it possible to share to everyone.

When you click on the share option and search for Everyone in ..(Your Organization Name). That option allows you to share the App with everyone in the organization. Did you try that ?

If this helps please mark this reply as an answer.

    Thanks,

Yes, you can share a PowerApp with everyone in your organization without using an Azure AD security group—but with some caveats and best practices to keep in mind.
    How to Share with "Everyone"
    1. In the Power Apps sharing dialog, you can type and select “Everyone” or “Everyone in your organization” (depending on your tenant settings).
Start typing “Everyone” in the user selection box; if your admin hasn’t restricted it, “Everyone” or “All users” should appear.
Select it, assign the desired permission (User or Co-owner), and click Share.
    2. What does this mean?
Every licensed user (anyone with access to your tenant) can now access your app via its link.
The app will show up in Power Apps for all users (e.g., in the "Shared with me" section).
    Important Notes
    • You can’t prevent individuals from being able to access the app if you share it with Everyone.
    • Data security is still up to you! Anyone who can access the app can use its features, so make sure your data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, etc.) also have appropriate permissions.
    • Some environments/tenants might restrict “Everyone” group—if you don’t see it, your admin may have blocked this feature.
    • If you want to restrict access in the future, you’ll have to remove “Everyone” and share with specific users/groups.

The ability to share with everyone is restricted to specific admins. Learn more: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2157835.

    Limit sharing with everyone
Makers can share their apps with other individual users and security groups. By default, sharing with your entire organization, or Everyone, is disabled. Consider using a gated process around widely used apps to enforce policies and requirements. For example:
    Security review policy
    Business review policy
    Application lifecycle management (ALM) requirements
    User experience and branding requirements
The Share with Everyone feature is disabled by default in Power Platform. We recommend you keep this setting disabled to limit the overexposure of canvas apps with unintended users.
