When the Copilot Studio agent can access the SharePoint list data directly?

    Not sure when, but there is a workaround solution by Matthew Devaney using a flow action and an AI prompt.

    At the moment we don't have any information about using list, only document library.
     
    There two way of achieving what you ask 
     
    First the low code answer : like some one else said : with agent flow + Prompt (You read list from power automated and use AI Prompt (the one next AI Builder) to analyse result and make answer
     
    second AI PRO answer : i find most elegant : use Azure AI Search index : it s more complicated , you need help from azure AI pro dev but it s not long or complicated for an it AI PRO . He could make for you an custom AI index
