Hi
I am setting bot variable from external source (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-variables-bot) to capture pageurl and some other details.
However, when I restart the conversation, these values get set to blank and the question where i have declared these variables start to pop up. I want to avoid the popping up of these questions which i created to set the custom variables.
I can send these variables value to onlineExcel or to a database outside and call back when the restart trigger is used, however how do I link it to the session? I tried using the guid() function in power automate, however it guid changes the value when restart/start over is used.
Any help/workaround to achieve this?

Have you considered using the ConversationId?

Hi @HenryJammes Tested and this works.Thanks for this.ConversationId remains consistent throughout the session.
