HI Team,

 

Whenever we're trying to get the user info , while greeting the PVA or BOT. we're getting the below error.

    Hi @v-ravka,

     

    Can you click on the view flow details and look in the history if the Power Virtual Agents – Get User Info flow history has any errors? Also check what the output is of those actions.
