Thanks for the reply, @mandela. Yeah, it seems like this would probably have to be on the UI/Power Pages side. Anyone know of something in Liquid or native Power Pages for event capture? Figure you could capture viewing user and stream that somewhere.
It is unfortunate as I'd have thought there'd be a mechanism with PBI Embedded for recording this since different industries have compliance requirements around accessing of data (e.g., Healthcare, Finance). Granted, there could be something of which I'm unaware, but it seems the App-Owns-Data approach doesn't log this kind of info.
