can't find the suggest topic on my side

Hi, I would like to add some existing contents into my chatbot, but I can't find any suggest topic on my interface.

    The suggested topics functionality is no longer available in the new preview editor.  If you need suggested topics change your editor back to the legacy editor.

    @JC324, as @Pstork1 said, the suggested topics feature is no longer available in the unified authoring version of Power Virtual Agents. Instead, we encourage customers to leverage the Copilot feature (G.A.) to create new topics, or the Generative Answers feature (preview), to use external and internal data sources to answer user queries.

     

    One important note: the unified authoring canvas is no longer considered preview, it's generally available 🙂

    Thanks for pointing out that the editor is now GA.  I missed the announcement when it went GA

    @HenryJammes @Pstork1 I am reading the Copilot feature (G.A.) or the Generative Answers feature (preview) document and it mentioned Your bot must be created in the US region, now my account is in UK region, does it mean I need to change the region to use these function?  On the other hand, I tried to change my account from UK to US region, but I still can't see Create with Copilot (preview) under + New topic. I also checked the Intelligent authoring support, but I can't see any Intelligent authoring support (preview) on the General settings. Any help for this? Many thanks

    @JC324 the environment (i.e. the Power Platform Dataverse environment) must be created in the US region.

    You can't change the region once it's been created.

     

    There are ways to move environments across regions but they involve support and can be a bit complex: Geo to geo migrations - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn.

     

    If you're exploring the capability, I would advise to create a new environment in the US region.

    You can also wait for the capabilities to be available in the UK region, but I don't have an ETA to share for this.

    @HenryJammes I asked the IT support in my company, and he mentioned our default tenant is UK, so we can't migrate our tenant since it's our primary. Is it possible to create one US environment and we also want to keep UK environment? Or do you think it is possible for myself to create an account under US environment (even if I am in UK at the moment)? Many thanks

    The environment region is different from the tenant region.

    You can have a tenant in the UK region and still create environments in other regions.

    One tenant can have many environments.
