Hello,

From last update of my Power Apps, I can't start it anymore. I have the following error message :

"This app uses features that come with a Power Apps premium plan. Start a trial to use these features."

Looking further I have found this :

"You're seeing this page because you don't have a license that allows you to use the capabilities used by the app. You can start a trial for a premium license or ask your admin for a Power Apps license.
Your plans: Power Apps for Office 365
App license designation: Premium
Per app plans allocated in environment: No
App configured to consume per app plans: No
App is running: Standalone
Type of environment: Full
Premium features used by the app: Dataverse, premium connectors"

Matter of fact, I have all connectors in the apps and don't fine anything related to Dataverse.

If someone has an idea ?

Thanks

    Hi @GeraldBonnin ,

Can you check and post a screenshot of the data sources used in your app:

Thanks, this is basically Office User connector and SharePoint connector.

    Here it is.

    Hi @GeraldBonnin,

Since you mentioned that you have license on Power Apps for Office 365, I think maybe you've reference to some of the tables from your CRM environment.  Those tables are stored in Dataverse which is a Premium connector.

You are covered by your CRM license, but users who don't have that will require either a per app or per user Power Apps license.

Any use of Dataverse requires a license. To resolve this issue, I think you have to start over without using Dataverse.

Thank You Qi, but I really do not use any Dataverse / or CRM tables.

Plus, until this week, the apps has worked without any issues with any users.

    BR,

    Gérald
