Custom Entity View - Distinct Function

Hey guys!  Does anyone have a link or any info on creating a view that uses the distinct function?  

I need a distinct view of my data, but there are too many rows to use the distinct function within power apps - I was told to create a custom view.

Any ideas how to do this?  Thanks
