A Form with Matrix Structure

Hello Community,
 
I am a beginner in Power App. I wanted to know whether we can make a matrix like structured form in which we can select and un-select the specific the Part Codes with respect to Bay number as per our requirement. And once the form filling is completed, can we export it in excel or csv.
I have attached the form example.
If it's not possible in power apps, pls suggest me any other platform where we can try to do this.
