Setting Column to Text Input box

I have a text input that I would like to contain the information of 'Approved Amount'.

I set the default of the text input to Thisitem.'Approved Amount' but everytime i enter data into it and Submitform(Form1) the data never saves back to my sharepoint list.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @honganhuynh1

The card property that you need to check is the Update property of the card (rather than the Default property). The Update property specifies what is saved to SharePoint when you call SubmitForm.

You can try deleting the card and readding it from the Fields section of the Form control. That might be the easiest way to try to resolve this problem.

So its not a card within the actual form itself.
I added a text input inside of a Datacard inside of the Form. What would the updateform code be?

There is no update for the textinput, there is OnChange though
