PowerApps getting stuck on "Loading" from SharePoint list

Hello!
 
I am trying to create a customize form for my SharePoint list. It was working fine about a week ago. I copied existing columns from an existing list, then named it and created the new list. I noticed that for some reason when creating a new list then selecting from existing list, it copies over the columns but when I go to integrate and select PowerApps then select customize the form with PowerApps I get stuck on the loading screen. I've cleared my cookies and cache, tried Firebox, Chrome & Microsoft Edge and still run into the same issue.
 
Has anyone recently ran into this issue and have a solution or suggested answer?

    If you create a new list from scratch it works? maybe could be some name conflicts.

    Hi @MichaelFP, yes If I created a new list without using "from existing list" it works perfect. I've tried different name and still run into the same issue.
