Can I convert an existing Canvas app / SharePoint and run all on a local PC without Internet?

I have built a canvas app and the data is in a SharePoint list.
Now can I somehow run this all on a PC Laptop that will be offline and sync when reconnected to the internet?
 
So the Canvas application and data will on a local hard drive.
 
If this can be done, please point me in a direction or videos so I can try make this happen.
