The chatbot operates using two distinct agents. When a user switches from one agent to another during an ongoing conversation, the agent switch completes successfully. However, for one of the agents—specifically, the one connected to Azure AI Search as its knowledge source and designed to deliver generative answers—a recurring issue occurs: after answering each user question, it repeatedly displays the initial startup command or welcome prompt, rather than maintaining a seamless conversational flow.
