How to send share links for teams recordings.

Hi

 

I need to be able to send a share link automatically to an email address each time a teams meeting recording is created in Onedrive.

 

I've tried "when a file is created" but the 50meg limit is stopping this.

 

Are there any other ways other than doing it manually?  there are about 40 recordings a day and really want to automate this.

    This is probably better in the Power Automate board, but I image you’re not retrieving the file itself, just a link to the file?

    Hi

     

    Yes its just a link to the MS stream page that's needed, with edit permissions so its downloadable.
