We have an app, everything was okey since we started testing it until this Monday. Some of user got "Error when trying to retrieve data from network". This is funny because I cannot reproduce that error when I am using app even when I am doin the same things as the user who get this error. I noticed that powerapp got 2 minor updates during that time. We use SQL servers as Datasources in that app. When this error appear it does not show important part of data in one part of app and it sends NULL to the SQL database.

Can it be cause of my problem? How to fix it?

This Error comes most Of the time when the user losses acces to the Datasource.

Could you check if he still has the correct permissions in the datasource?

Otherweise you could try to let them accept the permissions again (maybe because they changed the password).

Therefor they need to go to https://make.powerapps.com/environments/{EnvironmentID}/connections
There they need to go to the connection used in the app and delete it. When tehy open the App again, they will be asked to give permission to use the Darasource.
