Why does the chatbot chat in Teams and the conversation start system topic not work when deleting and reinstalling the chatbot?

After creating a chatbot with Co-Pilot Studio, there is a phenomenon in which the chatbot chat is deleted from Teams and the conversation start system topic does not work after deleting the chatbot.

The same thing happened to other colleagues, and the first installer also noticed this phenomenon.

Is there a way to make the conversation start topic run when the chatbot is first installed or reinstalled?

"Sorry, but we couldn't find any related topics. Could you try reformulating the phrase?"

I cannot find the topic where this message is displayed. Is there a way to connect to the conversation starter topic after printing this message?

@CHAE_MOON_SEOK - Have you tried to sign-out from teams and sign-in again ? . If issue persists please paste some screens of your topic(where error is happening) to check what's going on.
