Get ServiceNow Knowledge articles is not working in copilot studio. Tried with many combinations still getting below error.

Mapped question asked by user in Question field, in fields I tried with text, body, short_description nothing worked. in limit tried with 1, 3.

Please suggest.

Error Message: The connector 'ServiceNow' returned an HTTP error with code 400. Inner Error: Requested URI does not represent any resource Error Code: ConnectorRequestFailure

Hi @SC-19061348-0,

Have you double checked the connection is still working?

And what type of Authentication are you using, OAuth 2.0 or something else?

Additionally, which version of ServiceNow are you using? Xanadu or Yokohama?

Did you ever resolve this? I am having the same issue. Curious how you may have gotten around it. My connection is good as I use it to collect incident information as well...and that works.

Yep, same here. Can retrieve incidents, etc. but knowledge articles ... not so much.

Unlike the OP, have also tried in PowerAutomate and am experiencing the same behaviour, which you'd expect if it's exactly the same connector but regardless, it confirms it's broken.

Keen to see if this gets resolved.
