Running Flow by User failed / Not Allowed ConnectionReference

Hi,

i create an Power App with several Flows for File Copy and Movements.

The Flow all are Build and handles by an Service Account, with Connection Reference in the Solution.

When i Export the Solution in Test and Prod Environment and run it with normal User Account i got the Failure:

Its the First Time that ive working with an Service Account, i read a lot now and i have Questions.

Do i have really have to give every Flow a "Run Only" Permission by the User which using the app ?

I read, i have to give the user the security role that they can run the flows.
So for me it sounds like Permisson for Read in Security Role Menu in Environment Admin Center but which permission is the right one ?

What i found:
Dataflow
Dataflow Connection Reference
Flow Run

As i look to the Failure it seems like its a Problem with the Connection Reference, so it should be fine to allow Read Access?

Is it possible, to give the Security Role and than i didnt need the "Run Only" Permission in Flow direct?

I am very thanksfull for every hint.
I have the same question (0)

I think the user has no permission ton use the shared mailbox
You add another flow who trigger on item created on a new list, so when the workflow triggers he will use the service account of the flow, and this service account should have required permissions on the shared mail box
don't trigger your actual flow, he will use the current user account to send the mail, do not send the mail from yuour flow, just add an item in your new list
