Can't Submit Form

Hello,

I have SharePoint for my database, it is almost near the limit.

In my PowerApps, there is nothing wrong with the formula, no error, but I can't submit the form. I don't know why, is it the effect of that almost 5000 data SharePoint list or not?

Thank you!

    Hi @firda59 ,

    When you reach 5,000 records in a SharePoint List, you need to index every field involved in any query (in either SharePoint or Power Apps). You are allowed 20 indexes per List. Other than that, all should work as normal (I have lists and Libraries over 100k records/files). The form submission will not be related to 4.5k items in the list. Are you getting an error - if so what is it?

    Hi @firda59 ,

    What is the error ?

    @WarrenBelz ,

    When I click submit, "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network"

    @firda59 ,

    That error is normally from a mismatch between a filed type you are updating and the data type you are sending to it. Have you updated anything on your Form recently ?
