Convert HTML content to PDF in canvas app

Hi Folks,

Greetings!

I'm aware that we can use OneDrive for Business to convert the row HTML code in the PowerApps variable into a PDF file, but I don't have access to OneDrive instead I have SharePoint as intermediate storage.

In PowerApps, is there a way to automatically download the data from an HTML row to a PDF file without using a third party or One Drive Business?

Can anyone suggest any workaround within PowerApps, Power automate and SharePoint ?

If you have a license for SharePoint then your license should include OneDrive for Business, unless it was specifically disabled by your organization. So I would check on that because the OneDrive for Business connector is the only one that includes the Convert to PDF action. Your only other choices are all third party connectors.

Hi @sachinsoni441,

Encodian has a file to PDF converter that could be used directly on the HTML output in Power Automate (very limited free actions before paying). OneDrive is still the best "free" converter - not sure why you do not want to use it (disabled by org ?)

The other thing you might consider is putting a HTML Text control inside a Container and then using the PDF function to convert it.
