I am not able to create a trigger phase for Fallback system Topic. How to enable that. I am not seeing in settings the "Fallback".
Please help
Fallbakc is trigged thru the absence of known triggers - there is no way to assign a trigger for a "I don't know". You can however create a topic to redirect to the fallback topic if there is a phrase you want to induce this.
There is a way for to have trigger phase for fallback. "To activate the “Fallback” system topic, go to Settings within the editing canvas (click on the cog symbol), then System fallback, and then “+Add”." But i am not seeing in the canvas this feature. I am not sure whether it is due to privilage or anything else need to be done.
As mentioned by @peterswimm. Fallback doesn't have a trigger topic meaning if there is no relevant trigger topic found then fallback will be activated.
