    Update> I found in another one manual that to to turn ON in powerapps General setting/ Improve data source experience and Microsoft Dataverse views is needed to turn ON diferent one switch  in powerapps admin center . It is Record ownership across business units switch. I turned it ON, howerever still it did not enable to to turn ON in powerapps General setting/ Improve data source experience and Microsoft Dataverse.
