How to populate a combobox with a Dataverse column and filter the choices

I'm trying to pull column values from a Dataverse table to populate a combobox. I have set the Items datasource to the table. I'm unable to populate the items for the combobox. Once I populate the combobox, I want to filter the combobox with another column value.

Pets:

Name	Animal
Lassie	Dog
Felix	Cat
Spuds	Dog

How would I populate my combobox with all Dog values?

Hi,
If it is a Choice field:
Choices(Table.Column)

If it is a text field:
Distinct(Filter(Table, <condition>), Column)

Hi,
Is that what you're trying to achieve?
I have two combo boxes,
If the first combo box selects Dog, then the second combo box displays the names of all dogs,
If you select Cat for the first combo box, then the second combo box gives the names of all the cat's?
