Powerapps per app plan

I have a custom model driven app using the out of box- opportunity entity. We were using team member licenses before. Now as we have got only 15 custom entities restriction and no custom apps accessible, we are planning to upgrade to powerapps per app plan. I have gone through licensing guides, it says that opportunity will be a restricted entity as it is not a part of CDS standard entities. But when I am trying to test the same on a trial environment, opportunity is accessible for a user having per app baseline license. I have assigned the app passes to the current environment, not sure if it is getting utilized or not. No way to figure out!

So my question is, will the standard opportunity entity will be accessible with powerapps per plan?

    Hi @aartiparpiyani ,

PowerApps per user/ per app plan only have read access to Dynamics 365 Restricted Entity in CDS.

If you want to have Create/Read/Update/Delete access, the license must be the Dynamics365 license with PowerApps use rights included.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi guys,

I have a question regarding the Per App license. What if I want to reassign the Per App license from one app to another, if they are in the same environment, when is the Per App license available to be used by another app? When I unshare or remote permission for the app from the user or when? If I have 3 premium apps in one environment and I want to remove the Per App license from first or second app and assign it to third app? This part is very unclear. I understand if the third app is in a new environment, I have to assign it to that environment and will lose license to all apps but what if they are in the same environment?
