There was a problem saving your changes. The data source may be invalid?

Hi all!

I built an app in PowerApps and it was working before perfectly. The weird thing is that I'm able to submit entries to Sharepoint with no issue, but when other people from my work test it, they receive the "There was a problem saving your changes. The data source may be invalid." error message. I tried to refresh the data and also tried to reupload the sharepoint list connections, but it's still not working. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

    @Anonymous

    Have you shared access to the SharePoint list with your testers?  You will need to do this in SharePoint and give them the role of 'contributor'.

    Another thing you should check is to make sure you have "Shared" the PowerApp with your users.  You can check this by going to the PowerApps launch screen, click the three dots (...) beside your app and then click Share.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Does the end user have enough permission to access your SP List?

    Do you share your app to your end users?

    Please check if your other users have enough permission ("Edit" permission at least) to access your SP List. In other words, please check if you have assigned proper access permission of your SP List to your end users.

    Note: When these end users run your app using their account, they must have enough permission to access your data source your app relies on.

    In addition, please also make sure you have shared your app to your end users with proper permission.

    More details about sharing app and app resources, please check the following article:

    Best regards,

    Thank you for your suggestions! I've shared the app and sharepoint list with them. They also tried entering data directly into the sharepoint list and they do have access. But they're still not able to submit the data through PowerApps.
