I would like to integrate my copilot studio with a telephone channel, in a way such that when someone call a phone number, the copilot studio respond and handle the conversation.
I was wondering if I can integrate copilot studio with the Azure Communication Services, maybe buying a phone number. I tried but I don’t know how to connected the bot with the azure number.
Is here anybody having experience with this or that can share some suggestions?
