Greetings,
When I'm adding/editing a record (attribute) in an entity (table) and I need to do a search in the lookup field, it shows name and date, which isn't helpful. How do I add a custom Lookup View, so that when I am searching it shows what I want (name and province)?
Thanks,
Shane.
You need to edit the default "Lookup View" used by that entity within the "Views" section
Hi @CShaneGoodman ,
You can go into the default Lookup View for the table and do a "Save As" to create a custom Lookup view and then utilize this one instead of the default with the columns you would like (the first two in the view will show in that lookup field). You can set this as the default view for that lookup field on the form.
Hope this helps. Please accept if answers your question or Like if helps in any way.

I was able to do a "save as", but it saved as a Public view type (instead of a Lookup view). I can still access it in the lookup field, but since its not a proper Lookup view, setting it as default doesn't change the default Lookup view.
It was a good suggestion, though.
Hey, I have a field in my form of LookUp type in Power Pages.
How can I edit the view of that lookup?Because, the LookUp View that pops up when I'm selecting any lookup record in the field is provided by platform itself.
In the 1st image attached, there are some of the marked columns that I want to remove from the view. How can I do it?
