Hello everybody,
I'm facing challenges trying to integrate Power Virtual Agents (PVA) with Instagram
through the Facebook Developer platform.
Previously, i've integrated Dialogflow in the same way and it worked perfectly with Instagram. However, when trying to replicate the process with PVA, I am running into obstacles.
There's a way to make that connection? I didnt found anything at internet
PVA does not offer an Instagram channel capability currently though we'd be interested in your vote over on https://aka.ms/pvafeaturerequest
There is probably a feasible path of some sort where you use PVA on DirectLine to interact with a pro-code service you would stand up that talks to the Instagram API's; ie your standalone service would act as a proxy. I don't have examples of connecting to Instagram however.
