Trouble previewing form, app, and classic view - System Admin

I am the system admin, but suddenly, I can not preview the form, edit the app, or switch to classic.

I can access the solution, all tables, views, and columns and I can play the app, but I can't edit any of the forms or the app itself.

Same here.

The preview does not work for forms and app edit.

However production environment preview works fine.

Found an older post suggesting making some form edit in a classic view and publishing it, but that did not help.

My guess is that it has to do something with the Release wave 2 update that is supposed to roll out this month.

I was trying to find some solution to the problem this morning.
Rechecking security role, environment setup, but nothing worked.

The only solution that addressed the problem was creating a new developer environment, export all solutions there and ditch the broken one.

Try checking the form preview now.
It started to work for me suddenly. Pointing the issue to my initial guess with the MSFT Power Platform Update releasing this month.
