We've got a bot searching Slack, Salesforce, SharePoint, and some public websites. Is it not able to search Teams/Exchange? Not seeing it as a Knowledge source and it doesn't seem to know answers based on my email/calendar/teams messages.

Hello,

there's no out-of-the-box connector for Teams/Exchange data. You'd need to manually integrate the data via Graph API - it could be a call to the endpoint in the topic itself or a Dataverse table with the data loaded via Power Automate flow.

So, Copilot can access external data sources via Microsoft Search, but Copilot Studio agents cannot?

Not looking to replicate the data into Dataverse tables.
