Cannot publish the PowerApps

I go to 'Details' of the app and go to 'Version' and click the 3 dot of the latest version and publish it. And it shows the latest version is live now. Then I turn on the app, normally there should a window pop up : a new version of this app is coming. we'll let you know when it's available, and a yellow refresh button pops up to refresh the app to show the update. However, the window doesn't pop up and and I can't see the update of the app. I try to refresh the page manually or close it and reopen it, the PowerApps still cannot recognize I have published the latest version. Does anyone knows how to resolve this problem? Please help.

Same here seems like it started happening on friday, ive been testing on a clients computer, tried clearing cache for two different browsers, they get old version on one and the newer version on another, I hit publish again and no banner appears on both.

So far the only thing I've tried that kiiiinda works is go to the Details, copy web link, remove everything starting form the &hint parameter and I was able to get the yellow banner. Unfortunately that only worked once

Happening to me too, was able to get it to pop up once by CTRL + F5, but not working anymore. Keeps opening the old version and the banner will not pop up...

I'm also having issues publishing some of my apps. They just don't show the latest version on browsers, only on my phone. Also some of them are not showing the latest versions only on Chrome, but functioning with no problems on Edge.

The tip given by VIP0289 worked 3 times already with me! But I have to do it manually everytime and have to tell other users to do the same if I want it to work properly.

Some time you will not able to publish because of caching issues. Browsers, especially Chrome, sometimes cache older versions of web apps, try to clear them and republish

Allabasha, the solution should not be "clear the cache" every time we publish the app, especially since we have so many end users and they might not even know how to do that. Plus, clearing the cache worked only once for me. This was working before so I am not sure what happened recently to break it?
