Is there a way Power apps can be used to unlock a laptop when a user has either has forgotten his password or his laptop has been locked at sign in using a mobile phone

There is no functionality within PowerApps which would be able to unlock a device with a forgotten password or a locked device.

Thank you for your feedback, is there a way we can connect MFA to power apps so that it determines the user's identity and then gives a temporary password to unlock the device
@KayBains I have not heard of it being done before. If you wanted, you could open a support case regarding this. However, I don't think that it is possible.
